Web Design Basics | How To Install WordPress

This third video in the Web Design Basics series will walk you through the process of how to  install WordPress into your hosting account.

If you have chosen to purchase hosting through GVO as I showed you in the previous video then the steps can be easily followed.

If you have hosting with another provider the steps will be pretty well the same, things just might be labelled differently but you will get the idea.

Access your cPanel to Install WordPress

The cPanel that comes with your Hosting Account is your access to install WordPress and other things such as setting up email accounts, backing up your website, using your Webmaster tools for SEO and many other functions.

One of the first things you will want to do in your Website Hosting cPanel is to install WordPress.  Take your time as you watch this video and the most important thing?  Record your usernames and passwords somewhere safe as you will need them each time you login.
